The Tumble Instruction Classes are laid out in 4-Week Sessions that follow a 60-minute curriculum.
During the 4 weeks of tumble instructions, athletes will defy gravity, master fearless flips, and unlock their full potential in a dynamic and supportive learning environment, transforming each session into a thrilling journey of skill development and self-discovery.
Athletes are required to participate in Official My G.I.R.L.S. practice attire, must be purchased at The Royal Merch Shop Online or @ The Royal Palace!
Tiny Tumble!
This introductory class caters to young athletes aged 3 to 5, focusing on those with minimal prior experience. Through guided warm-ups and targeted activities, participants enhance hand-eye coordination, body awareness, and dexterity, laying the foundation for new tumbling skills. With expert instructors and cutting-edge equipment, athletes will learn most skills from the Beginner/Basic class with assistance.

Beginner Tumble!
Tailored for beginners aged 6 and up, the Beginner/Basics tumbling class emphasizes foundational skills, fostering correct form, precision, and mastery. Athletes will focus on achieving a hollow body, engaging the core, and developing basic body control, with a strong emphasis on proper technique for each skill.
