At My GIRLS, Inc., empowerment starts with access to information, guidance, and a strong support system. The Royal Resource Center is here to help parents,
caregivers, and community members stay informed, feel connected, and take confident steps forward with us.
Our programs are open to girls ages 3–15. We group participants by age and skill level to ensure everyone feels comfortable and challenged.
We currently offer cheer, tumbling, dance, aftercare, and summer camp. Each program is designed to build confidence, discipline, and sisterhood through movement and mentorship.
Visit the “Programs” section on our website and select the program you’re interested in. Each program page includes registration info, start dates, and cost. If you need support, just contact us, we’re happy to help.
A reusable water bottle, comfortable athletic wear, and any gear recommended by the coach. For specific programs like tumbling and dance, we’ll provide guidance on what’s needed once enrolled.
Uniform costs are not included in the base program fee. Once your child is enrolled, we’ll share details on how and when to purchase uniforms or required supplies.

Parents are welcome during select observation days and events. To keep focus during regular sessions, we ask that drop-off and pick-up happen on time and outside of the instruction space.
We understand things come up. While we can’t guarantee make-up classes, we’ll do our best to work with you depending on space and schedule.
Yes! From seasonal sessions (fall, spring, summer) to ongoing aftercare and workshops, we have something going on nearly every season of the year.
