The Cheer Instruction Classes are laid out in 4-Week Sessions that follow a 60-minute curriculum.
During the 4 weeks of cheer instructions, athletes will learn the fundamentals of motion technique, jumps, basic tumbling, and even stunts (flying and basing) by our highly trained staff.

Cheer Fundamentals!
This class will focus on the basics of tumbling, stunting, jumping, and dancing. This class is focused on learning proper technique in a FUN environment!

Flyers Class!
This class is designed for flyer technique and flexibility aimed towards improving body positions and skills. There will be a focus as well on stretches for the back, shoulders, hips, hamstrings and quadriceps. Flyers will have stunt simulating equipment in class to have the full experience of using their skills in the air. Come build your skills in a safe, group environment.

Jump! JUMP!
Join our Jump class to learn proper arm placements in order to execute admirable jumps as well as core body strength to properly lift and rotate your legs. Athletes will get drills to increase flexibility. This class incorporates proper execution of T-jumps, toe touches, hurdlers, and pikes.

Showman Show Me!
Face Card Valid?!? Learn how to cheer or dance with expressions and facials that are sure to be a show stopper! This class is great for beginners or intermediate athletes alike.
